Trying to find name of old PC game.

Specs: Windows 10
I have been looking on and off for an old PC game I used to watch my brother play when I was 3-5 (So, 2006-2008. The game was probably older than that). It had 3D models, but the camera angle was not really a bird's-eye view (It was at an angle) and only moved if the level didn't fit entirely on the screen. I remember the main character mostly being green (Not a human either) and there was no platforming involved that I know of. You would go around and collect colored spheres and avoid enemies (I remember them being blue, red, green, and maybe yellow. My brother believes the red one had a fork as a weapon). I remember one item was a pocket watch that I believe would freeze everything around you for a few seconds. I think another item was a cloak (And top hat?) that would make you invisible for a little bit. It's been driving me crazy.

Decent maybe? That's what springs to mind, hope you can figure it out, I had a game like that I searched for, turns out it wasn't nearly as fun as I remembered it being, I'll post when I remember.

I remember now, my white whale was called bards tale, a mostly text based rpg,

Sounds like a flash game from one of those gaming websites.

I used to use 2 sites, and children that are 10 now still use those sites.

So you'll have quite a high chance just asking kids for gaming sites where you play with a small window.
