These are my pc specs:
4G ram
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8300@2.5 GHz(4CPUs), ~2.5GHz
878 GB HD 7200 rpm (with system on it)
862 GB HD 7200 rpm (storage, games, movies, no OS system on it)
NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GT (2 cards)
All drivers are up to dateI am getting slow fps in games like the Witcher, Real Myst, Kane & Lynch, etc. Even world of warcraft gives me 10-20(at the most)fps. So what is going on?
I play on a monitor 1680x1050 (32bit) (59GHz)
Well, Real Myst works well on anything from a Geforce 3 and up, so can't really blame the video card. I'd say look at your processes and see whats running in the background. PowerMac 9600(1 ghz G4)
512mb RAM
50gb SCSI
ATi 9200 PCI
Why did u buy 2 crappy cards?
check the speed of your RAM check the speed of your MotherBoard
end all taks running in background
Some games run slower with 2 graphics cards. I know I ran WoW with the Ge Force 8800 GT so you shouldnt have a problem with two better spec cards. Maybe try removing one if still no progression when doing the above
@xenomorphuk hey dude u have an 8800gt he has 9500gt(sli 2 cards)which still is not better than ur card his cards are close to the 9600gt and 8800gt>9600gt its more powerful
So my computer should not be having issues running pretty much anything? Here are the speeds
1333/1066MHz it's an Asus p52-d motherboard
and for the ram: 400MHzx2 (so 800MHz)
yea it will run mostly everything but u wont be able to play all games maxed out u will still be able to play most of em maxed the ram is good so yh ur good to go thats to answer ur question
but wuts done is done u have 2 9500gt's u could have gotten a gt240 or a 9600gt which is better
