Im having problems running this game. I will list my specs and the system requirements. If anyone can point out why my pc may not be able to run this game i will appreciate it.

Probably it's your Intel integrated graphics chip that just doesn't "cut it".
It needs GeForce3 Ti or Radeon 8500 Class video card.

if i get a graphics card that is is superior and i want to play a game that recommends a certain graphics card that isn't as great, would i be able to play it or do i have to downgrade the video card to play it?
