Hello is there a way to record a video game without an external camera? I have a camera but it's hard to capture good video while playing. Maybe there is a program that records a game without a camera?

Just because the OP does not come back in 3 or 4 days to reply, does not mean he will not come back and reply.

Yeah, you can use some screen recorder to help you record video games when you were playing on computer, and it also can help you save the recordings as standard video format file, so that you can upload it to some video sharing websites or share with your friends.
