Radeon HD 4850 1024 mb is running to slow

Specs: Windows 7, Pentium dual core 2GHz/ 4 gigs

I have a Radeon HD 4850 1024 mb and it is running incredibly slow.
ive tried updating drivers, turning on high preformace with my power setting but nothing seems to work. i play world of warcraft with good setting and im only getting 10 fps. idk what to do
