Port forward for Minecraft doesn't work

Specs: Windows 10
I port forwarded the port 25565 i used my internal IP, when i test it it gives me a timed out error.

My IP: 192.168.0.102
My Public IP:46.134.155.66
Gateway: 192.168.0.1

Try enabling DMZ for 192.168.0.102 &make the same ip a static ip, that way it won't change every time you restart your PC.

also how did you test the port? with something like this?

I enabled the DMZ and made the ip static but it still doesn't work.

is port 25565 open in windows firewall?

also how are you hosting the server?

I opened 25565 on Inbound and Outbound and still nothing, i host it from a computer with windows.
