Plz Help Me I Lost My Disk 1

Specs: Windows XP, E1500@2.20GHZ / 2.00GB RAM
hello again,
i have a major problem i need solved, i bought command and conquer generals expansion pack yesterday which is very hard to find and i installed it on my computer and everything was 100% compete and successfull but my son got a hold of disk 1 and snapped it is there a way to copy the existing files on my computer to a disk so i can play the game i never even got to play the game once after i bought it,plz tell me if there is a way to do this please i will appreciate it sooo much...

right there are some fixed exe files that make it so you don't need the cd. find out what version you have of the game and replace the exe with the correct one. (go to game folder, right click on exe, click properties, go to details, look at File Version) I'll check this thread tomorrow if you need any specific help.

Thanks for the help, but the best one i could find runs at 1.08gig and it uses an iso application to run it,i don't want to loose too much data from my internet account,is there any other process that i can use seeing though i have already purchased and completely installed the game?

the process you are asking about/hoping for does not work: When a CD installs software onto your OS (Windows), it puts all sorts of stuff in all sorts of locations: countless registry keys, un-intuitively-named DLL files, as well as all the software files you see in Program Files, My Documents, etc. Because of all this, it is essentially impossible to "drag and drop" game files from one machine to another (or back onto a CD).
