Piece Together or ???

Specs: Windows 10, 16GB
Check IT!

This PC is used for YouTube, Hulu/Netflix, SIMS 4, Heroes of the Storm, Fortnite

Intel C2Duo E8600 w/Soft Clock to 4Ghz
GSkill 8GB 2x4 DDR2 RAM
AMD HD 6870
Corsair CX750

Some friends dumped some PCs on me that include the following and I want to know if you think this PC should move any parts around or just sell it ALL and build something new. Remember ALL this PC is used for. The given AMD motherboards have overclock option the Intel ones does not.

CPUs
AMD Phenom x4 BE 940 (16GB DDR2)
AMD Phenom x4 945 (16GB DDR2)
Intel i5 3570 (16GB DDR3)
Intel i5 2400 (16GB DDR3)

Should they stick to their current build? Move certain parts around? Or just sell it all and build a new?

gonna ramble unstructured for a bit, read the last few lines for a resume/conclusion

Intel i5 3570 (16GB DDR3)
Intel i5 2400 (16GB DDR3)

are fine

this one:

Intel C2Duo E8600 w/Soft Clock to 4Ghz
GSkill 8GB 2x4 DDR2 RAM
AMD HD 6870
Corsair CX750

will be able to play games like fortnite/cs go on low settings 720p~1080p

here is a CPU comparison for the core 2 duo vs the i5 3570:

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compar...

these can be used for office machines or with a gt 1030 (gddr5 (the ddr4 version is 50% worse))/RX 550 as ultra budget gaming pc's:

AMD Phenom x4 BE 940 (16GB DDR2)
AMD Phenom x4 945 (16GB DDR2)

these combined with a gtx 1050/gtx 1050 ti\RX 460(there is one on the market with 10% less shader cores, watch out)\RX 560:

comparison video GT 1030 vs GTX 1050 in fortine (the rx 550 = GT 1030 in performance/ RX 560 = RX 460= GTX 1050 in performance):

Intel i5 3570 (16GB DDR3)
Intel i5 2400 (16GB DDR3)

too long; didnt read (TL;DR):

slap some GT 1030 with GDDR5 on them (please dont get ripped off by Nvidia)
and they should be fine.

an SSD will speed up the OS & boot time & overall system response

forgot to mention that these might experience CPU bottlenecking during gaming:

AMD Phenom x4 BE 940 (16GB DDR2)
AMD Phenom x4 945 (16GB DDR2)

& the core2duo E8600 (even with the overlcock to 4GHZ on 2 cores)

[that i5 2400 is about 2 times or more faster than the above 3 CPU's]
