Specs: Windows Vista Ultimate, 2.4
My pc is quad drive and has 3 fans. I have had no problem with it until now, the pc is fine when not running games but within 30 minutes of playing a game it shuts down. All 3 fans are working ok why should it start now? also I have been told that you can set the temperture by which the pc will turn off,is that true?

Just telling us you have 3 fans means nothing. All PCs have fans. Which fans are you talking about?

It sounds like your CPU is overheating. Either that or your power supply can't handle the load. It would help if you'd have posted the temperatures...both the system temp & CPU temp, at idle & under load.

This is not a good sign: "bought on ebay"

i found the Solution !!!!! Very Easy One! it is the Bios SETUP! YES! in section "PC Health" you will find option for temperature warning. this makes your pc shuts down instead of giving you a warning. Raise the warning temp! that is it!!! (my warning was at 60. i raised it to 70)
