PC freezes when playing games

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate, i5 / DDR3 4GB
My computer freezes when playing computer games. Sometimes the blue screen appears. This problem just started a few months ago. My computer is quite new, I just bought around March, 2011. It's a custom-made computer.

Here are the specifications:

Motherboard - Intel Desktop Boards DH67BL Media Series
Processor - Intel CORE i5
Hard drive - Western Digital 500GB
RAM - 2 × Kingston DIMM 2GB DDR3 (4GB)
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Oh c'mon, I paid a lot for this computer.

I think all my drvers are updated. Based on Windows Experience Index a few months ago, the processor's calculations per second had a rating of 7.9. Now, after i re-run the assesment, the processor's calculations per second has only a rating of 4.3. Please help me.

" I paid a lot for this computer"

How much is "a lot"? More than $500? It's not worth more than that. Do you have an actual graphics card or are you using onboard graphics? I don't know why people buy Intel boards when there are so many better options?
