Solved Need help finding a 90s point-n-click haunted house game.

Specs: Windows 98
I remember the opening theme going to the tune of 'Do Your Ears Hang Low?' and sung by the same voice of the little green monster, who had a red nose as well as two zig-zag antenna with balls on the ends.
There wasn't any sort of underlying quest or end-game goal - you just moved around the house, clicking around on different objects to see how they'd react or triggering little mini-games; you didn't have an actual character either, it was all from a 1st-person view.
There was a venus flytrap with girly eyelashes sitting in the hallway that you fed shapes and bugs and donuts.
If you went into the kitchen, there was a calendar with a picture of the moon; clicking it made a witch on a broomstick silhouette fly over it. There was a jar of eyeballs on the counter you could jiggle. If you clicked on the fridge, the freezer door would open and then a big tentacle would come out of the fridge and shut it before slithering back inside.
There was a sort of den, basement room area where some other sort of monster sat in armchair with his back to you, watching TV and you could hit the buttons on the remote to change channels. There was a piano where I think the little green monster sat in a pair of sunglasses and a fedora and you could click on the fishbowl full of change sitting on the piano to make him play.
Despite the monster house theme, it was brightly colored and well-animated with sharp, clean lines, like a kids cartoon show or Freddy Fish.
That's all I can remember right now. Hope someone can solve this for me; I'm not holding my breath, I've seen two other people on other parts of the internet asking after the exact same game and without fruition as far as I know.
It's definitely NOT:
I SPY Spooky Mansion
Gahan Wilson's The Ultimate Haunted House
or Jan Pienkowski's Haunted House
