Well my fr, there is no way out of reinstalling Ur Operation System. That means u have to install 32 bit OS. If you are not accustomed with installing, then go for an expert.

You do NOT need to install a 32-bit OS. What you DO need to do is post the make/model of your laptop or it's specs. If you have a low end model with weak Intel graphics, it may not be capable of playing the game.
