Specs: Windows XP, 1022 mb RAM
When i start call of duty modern warfare 2 It comes up with this error: "DirectX has encountered an unrecoverable error. Check the readme for possible solutions". Yet i dont see a "readme" file. It happens everytime. Ive tried many different things, ive re-installed directx multiple times, Ive tried running it when nothing else is running in background, i seriously need help. I'd appreciate it if anyone could help me.

heres some random specs that you might need:

windows xp, Intel R Pentium R D CPU 2.80 GHz, DirectX version 9.0c, 1022 mb RAM

he meets the system requirements. I run into similar issues with mw2 with xp (e2200, 1.5gb, 9600gt) then i decide to install win 7 and the game works fine. Try to update v-card driver.
