Missing Graphics Driver

August 4, 2010 at 08:21:09
Specs: Windows 7
Ok, so I used to run windows xp on my computer and it crashed, so i downloaded windows 7 to fix it. Everything works fine, the computer has lost no speed, however I cant play any of my games anymore. When I try to, a notification comes up saying that my graphics arent compatible or a graphics driver isnt present. When I check to see what driver i have, it just says i have standard vga graphics. I need to find out what graphics card i really have. Help please?

p.s. i already checked it using device manager, doesnt help. just says standard vga.

List the system specs. U didn't install necessary drivers for your system eg. Video, chipset etc.
Click start>run>type msinfo32>check system specs (right side).

There's is no win 7 drivers use vista drivers.
U have pci-e x16 available, u can install cheap pci e v-card to increase gaming perfomance. ATi Hd 4650 or hd 4670 (no psu upgrade needed). 1gb of ram isn't enough add another 1gb of memory.
