Ask if you need any other information wasn't sure what to put

Anyways my problem is I have extremly low fps(at most 10) in World of Warcraft and also in Combat Arms no matter what settings i put them on. I've tried updating drivers and even completly reinstalling windows 7 to get it back to factor settings.

You need a "REAL" Graphics Card the on-board GPU is not made for gaming..

"I've tried updating drivers and even completly reinstalling windows 7 to get it back to factor settings"

All you did was waste your time. As the others said, you need a video CARD. Onboard video is not good for gaming.
