Solved Lag on all games

Specs: Windows Vista, Intel Core Duo T6400 2.00 GHz 800MHz 2 MB / 4 GB ram
I got a question , how to solve my problem:
I had a new pc that worked great in all games , actually very well.
Before christmass i have cracked black ops and I played it on high settings , after that i bought it to play online because the multiplayer is pretty cool.
I played 4 months near all days all day without lag and on one day the lag appeared Its not low lag is big lag i got a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-L2... after that moment i lag in all games ,even on counter strike , i am sure that the problem is not the internet because i lag on single player too.

My system is : Intel Core Duo T6400 2.00 GHz 800MHz 2 MB
4 GB ram , Nvidia GeForce 9400M G

yes is weak and i am on a laptop, but i want to know why before i didnt have lag and i have now?
I have noticed that the computer starts to make a strange noise with the fan each time i start the game , when i turn it off the noise stops

My dual core system(e2200 @ 2.6ghz, 2gb ram, 9600gt overclocked, 1024 x 768) can't handle black ops well at high settings(most of the times it lag).

Counter strike and the other old games should run well with your laptop. I suspect drivers, try to reinstall video driver(remove the old one then restart the system and install new driver), visit nvidia website for driver download.
