Solved how to play darksiders without steam?

Specs: WinXP PRO, INTEL PANTIUM 2 GHZ

I BOUGHT a original darksiders disc recently My problem is just like installation problem with the steam. I cant ffind executable setup. I hav got a steam , what is it.. I dont have fast net connection. How to install it.... ?

Get Steam here: http://store.steampowered.com/about/
To install Steam, just double-click the msi file when it's finished downloading (it's only a 1.5MB download).
