Specs: Windows XP service pack 2, Pentium 4 3.1 GHz
i recently installed sims 2 nightlife and celebration nightlife is accessed by celebration stuff..... it worked perfectly fine but when moved the folder of nightlife from Disk C to D
it didnt work...... i would've re installed it but i deleted the setup. i even tried it accesing from celebration stuff but it says that sims2 nightlife has been uninstalled yet the game folder is there with all the proper files. please somebody get me a solution to this

When you install something, the registery files or any other files can refer to a harddisk where you executed the installation-setup. And then the registery file cannot find the specific file or folder, and will give you a error or the program will not start properly.

Try uninstall it, and re-install the game.
For that you will need the setup.

I Mean Where you installed it exact place
it'll work fine after
