The Latitude E6330 is a business laptop, not a gamer. The HD graphics integrated into the Core i5 has no dedicated video memory. It's "borrowed" dynamically from the system RAM on an as-needed basis. There's nothing you can do to change it. Stick to older games on low settings with a low gaming resolution. Either that or buy a gaming laptop or desktop.

Settings such as you are asking for rarely exist on laptops. They sometimes exist on desktop units but they do little to nothing for gaming performance. The graphics system will dynamically assign RAM as needed for the situation, limited by it's own capabilities, which in this case are not high. Basically all the setting does is to fool software into believing the graphics system has greater capabilities than it really does.
