Could it be because your system specs are really weak?

I Wouldn't Think So, Would It Be From Not Having Enough
Disk Speed? Where Would I Find That? Or maybe is it
because I don't have a GeForce 6, Since I Have A GeForce
5200. Would I Have To Upgrade Anything To Make It Work,
On My Computer? And How Would I Do So?

Your PC doesn't have a lot of RAM. All games require a certain amount to run properly and considering general background running programs you're probably using all of your RAM and considering that a lot (if not all) computer games leak kernel memory you're going to have crash and/or lag problems.

try going to
www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest
and see if your computer meets the requirements and how fast it will run in the game
