Solved GTA IV no roads, buildings etc.

Specs: Windows 7, i3 M370@2.40 GHz
I am running Windows 7 ultimate with a 3 GB RAM, 2.28GB Intel HD Graphics Card, 300 GB HDD.
I have a dell Inspiron N5010. GTA IV runs but show no buildings, roads. Only the character Niko Bellic, people moving on streets, and streetlights are visible. Rest all doesn't appears. What's the issue?
