Why did u buy crappy geforce 9400? The problem is u try to play games in high or max setting which 9400gt can't handle. Try to play them in medium settings. Hd 4670 play the games u mention in high settings cost $69 and no psu upgrade needed.

The 9400GT definitely isn't a good gaming card but it *should* be able to play those games on low settings.

Try checking your system with this:

Hey thanks for the advice I went on that website and it said
that I I'm way passed recomended requirements?
Should I get a new card even tho I pass the requirements?

I also just found out that my
friend has everything the same on my system only 256mb ram and geforce 6200 video card and his call of duty cut scenes work perfect?

When is the last time you scanned for viruses, spyware, malware, etc? Do you regularly run a cleaner such as CCleaner-Slim or Glary Utilities-Slim? Do you have a bunch of crap loading at startup? iTunes, Quicktime, RealPlayer, AIM, Yahoo, etc?

Your friend didn't meet the min system requirements and he is playing well? In your case try to re-install video card driver. Yes it will be very good idea to replace the graphic card. Start with hd 4670 or 5570 or 5670 or 9600/9800gt green version no psu upgrade needed

Check the graphic card, or upgrade your ram, then it will be better for you.

"check the graphic card" for what? "upgrade your ram" are you a gamer? Did u check the games he mentioned? I played myself cod 4 high settings with single 2gb. Ram isn't a problem.
