I think it's a little too early to jump on the Ryzen bandwagon yet, especially for the amount of money you plan on spending. What are the specs of your current system & what's wrong with it?

just get an i5-6600k or if you dont plan on ocing a i5-7500 or 7600
with a z170 mobo ofc or something cheaper if you ain't gonna oc

http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compar...

i5-6600k @220$ overclockable to around 4.4 on air

+ its intel so 2133, 2666 mhz ram is good enough
https://www.amazon.com/Crucial-PC4-...

2x 8 gb ddr4 @ 103$

also why do you need 1200w of power..... 650-700 should be enough
https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-Bronze-...

650W PSU @ 55$

use this site to calc what you really need:
http://www.coolermaster.com/power-s...

MOBO with SLI: z170 @ 113$

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Solution...

total $471 compared to your $810 for those 4 parts alone

Simple solutions are often the best, giving similar if not better preformance
