when trying to load the disk i am getting a data error near the end of the upload the error says - Data error (cyclic redundancy check)
If you don't get CRC errors when reading from or writing to your computers hard drive from any other source other than the SIMS 3 disc, then the SIMS disc is faulty. However, if you get CRC errors with other discs too, then the CD/DVD drive is faulty.
