Specs: Windows 7
I'm buying a new laptop and I would like to get a computer that could play games at medium settings. Ideally, it would be able to play Skyrim when that game comes out this november. I know this is not a hardcore gaming machine and that it probably won't play it. I just need people who understand all of the system requirements and stuff to help me figure it out! If you have anysuggestions for a computer that is in the 500 to 800 or so dollar range that works well for gaming please tell me!

This link has Predicted Specifications for Skyrim

Keep in mind these are predicted requirements only... I've had a look on teh Bethesda website and couldnt find any straight answer.

Based on the specs you've given, and the specs the website has given, you would assume yes. However, remember that laptop parts arent as powerful as desktop parts, and may not be enough to run the game.

I'd personally go for a better graphics card and 4gb + RAM
