I would say NO, not unless you upgrade the graphics card. I thought you were going to replace that thing months ago? You were asking about the Radeon HD 6770? which is a true gaming card, the 9500GT (overclocked or not) is a low end POS.

and i got a black box copy of max payne 3 the first time i installed it game stuck in the loading page so i uninstalled it n now i get a blue screen error when ever i open the directory where the game is installed :( (the first time i had installed my antivirus was turned on n i was connected to the net, n the second time i had installed i had turned off my av n i was not connected to the net)........plz help

Why don't you try find a demo to test it out?

If you want to find out if your PC/Laptop can run the game then use this website:

You can search for Max Payne 3 by typing it in the search box or you can just use the drop down menu and find the game. Click "Can you run it" and you will find out :)
