Specs: Windows 7
what would be a good gaming computer i could build for around $600. (i know $600 only goes so far lol) as well what would be the component i would want to spend the most on (comparitivly speaking)

You should be able to pull it off for about $500. See if the following articles are helpful.

The video card in the above build is pretty high on the performance chart. You could probably drop back a couple of levels to save a few bucks then put that savings toward 8GB RAM rather than 4GB.
