All games run choppy

Ati radeon / Hd 3200

Specs: Windows Vista
First off, here are my computer's specs:
HP
Vista Premium
AMD Phenom 9150e Quad-Core Processor
4 GB RAM
ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics

I always run the games I want to play on canyourunit.com or something similar and they come back positive. As soon as I start up the game, the frame rate moves so slow the game is unplayable. Tried to play Alpha Protocol and Star Wars: Force Unleashed but couldn't get past 5 minutes of just trying to walk around. Help?!

That's kinda what I figured, I think I just needed someone else to tell me. Any recommendations on good graphics at a relatively low price?

since u didn't list the psu specs i assume u have weak psu.
Hd 4650/ 4670, nvidia 240gt gddr5, or hd 5670
both cards use low power also they are budget cards.

Power supply the one that convert ac to dc.
Open side door of pc case and locate psu and check label for +3.3, +5v, +12v eg. +3.3v@20A +5V@25A +12V@30A.

u didn't list +12v rail. +12v rail is very important (it feed power hungry components like v-cards, cpu)
