Football games doesn't demand good hardware.
Those PC's are capable of downloading and burning DVD at good speed.

Find a cheap dual core system(intel pentium dual core E series or AMD athlon II x2), then u can add a cheap radeon or geforce video card.

You need a decent CPU, lots of RAM, & a good gaming video card to be able to play games well. If you have a 32-bit OS, you can run 4GB but not all of it will be recognized due to the limitation of 32-bit. Many recommend sticking with 3GB. If you're running a 64-bit OS, go with 4GB or more.

Burning DVDs? You need to explain what you'll be burning. And it's best not to burn at the highest speed the burner is capable of.

It's 2011, not 2004. Why are you looking at such old systems? And whatever you do, do NOT get a SFF system for gaming!
