Solved $1000 budget pc gaming build

Specs: Macintosh
hey, I haven't build a computer before and have limited knowledge on computers. I am aiming for around a $1000 budget. Would it be possible to achieve 1080p with above 60fps in AAA titles on high settings??. Are there any builds that anyone recommends that won't have to be upgraded very soon.

✔ Best Answer
an intel core i5 8600, 2x 4GB ddr4 2666, gtx 1070, a 250GB ssd, some cheap 60$ case, a 500+watt PSU, thats it

1079$ expecting it too be cheaper if you spend time looking for cheaper parts:

you can do 1440p 60fps gaming with this haha, but i can guarantee you can max out any game @1080p utra settings

you ight even get away with a cheaper otherboard & cheaper intel core i5 8400

IMO, you should get 16GB RAM for gaming. This will give you some ideas: https://www.tomshardware.com/review...

for 16GB 2x8GB DDR4-2666MHz makes sure you put them in dual channel

so every other slot:

if you do not you loose half of your memory performance(& i notice a lot of ppl do not know this)

or just get the 2x4 GB & if its not enough buy another kit of the same brand/frequency again 2x4GB, giving you 4x4GB(16GB total), but saving you about 80$ as of your fisrt purchase
