why is alienware command center not working?

Specs: Windows 7 Ultimate
i have a alienware m14x R1 laptop, and i can't find a alienware command center that works, they all give me an error or they say it isn't compatible with my firmware, any ideas?

it said that i already have these frameworks but the error i keep getting is this -

Error 1633 This installation package is not supported by this processor type.
Contact your product vendor.

if you know anything please let me know!:)

At 1st you said firmware was the problem, now it's the processor. Did something change or where you mistaken in the original post? Could it be you're trying to install the wrong version of command center? You should be downloading it from Dell. Version 2.8.8.0 appears to be the latest available from them.

The problem is probably 32-bit vs 64-bit. Make sure both the processor & Windows are 64-bit. If not, you need to install the 32-bit version of Command Center.
