"Free Full" what? Why didn't you put the name of the software in your post? From the version number I guess you're referring to Microsoft .NET Framework? Download it from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/dow... You could easily have found this yourself in seconds by using Google Search, like I did just now! Odd that someone would seek out this site, go thru the "hassle" of creating an account, & then post a question for something that could have been easily answered by doing a Google search.
