✔ Best Answer
Is it a laptop?
Try uninstalling all audio devices (AUDIO DEVICES ONLY) in the device manager by opening Device Manager (search it in your start menu) and expanding sound video and game controllers.
Then try searching in Google "[your PC manufacturer and model number] drivers". Find realtek HD audio in the list and download then install that!

If you didn't find your PC manufacturer giving driver support, try searching the specific driver here in http://drivers.softpedia.com/

Hope that helps.
