Specs: W 7
In "device manager" (opened "show hidden devices), under "non plug and play devices" there are 2 devices with warning exclamations on icons. When I open properties of both SBRE, and Security Process Loader Driver both say the following:
"This device is not present, is not working, or does not have all its drivers installed. (Code 24)". What are these, how do I fix them, and/or are they needed for proper function?
Have an HP Pavillion originally loaded with Vista, but upgraded to 7 Home. Been experiencing numerous probs ie; blue screen, freezing, slow page loading, "broken page" symbol by urls, lagging, and more. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated, as my puter knowledge is limited

You don't say which model HP Pavilion you have. Have you checked on the HP website to see if Windows 7 is supported on that model? (in other words, does HP have Windows 7 drivers for it?).

If HP has no Windows 7 drivers for it, or HP does have them but you haven't downloaded & installed them, that would explain the issues you are having with the existing drivers.

As far as I can ascertain, the SBRE driver belongs to Counterspy or Vipre antispyware software.
