Solved USB ports don't work

Specs: Windows 7
I have uninstalled and re-installed the drivers. They still don't work. Went to the Dell site to run the diagnostic test and it attempted to launch an application but the process failed to start. I have also checked to see if the drivers were up to date and they were. Nothing seems to work. Please help me. Both of my USB ports do not work and my micro disk reader does not work. Did the diagnostic tests (F12) upon startup, everything is working.

I would run Dell Recovery to start over with a fresh Windows installation.

Back up your data first!
