Specs: Windows XP, 2G RAM
Hi Everyone!

I reformatted my computer and I tried to download some drivers for my motherboard. Unfortunately, I tried a lot of drivers for my sound card and nothing happened. These are my motherboard's info:

Motherboard Name MSI P4M900M/P4M900M2 (MS-7255 v2)

I downloaded EVEREST to know what is my soundcard and it says:
Realtek ALC883 @ PCI Device

I am using Windows XP SP3...

I tried Realtek 2.6.... 2.75... and nothing worked....

PLEASE HELP ME TO HELP THIS DRIVER! Thanks a lot GUYS!

Googled a little and found that some guy had the same problem as you. He claims that the driver -given below- worked fine for him:

Post back the results, also make sure you uninstall the old drivers first. Check Device Manager to see if the driver is properly installed.

What not use the MSi Support Site to find the correct drivers ?

The have software called "live Update" to install all the motherboard drivers, especially the chipset drivers...

Nothing worked.. I tried a lot of drivers (all REALTEK drivers) and I am very sure that I uninstalled those after they didn't work.

Can you check Device Manager for an exclamation sign next to the Sound Card, after you install a Realtek driver? If there is one, then check the error code shown in the properties of the device.
