SIS onboard Audio Help!!! PLEASE!

Specs: Windows XP
I am going crazy trying to fix this.
Recent virus caused for a format, not the first time but is the first time I've had this problem for some reason. I can not get the audio to work and I've narrowed it down to a driver issue, but I can not find a driver that works(I tried the SIS 7012 or whatever from their site "a12112")
I have onboard audio for a SIS 760 chipset motherboard. I read on here somewhere that you need to know the manuf. The only thing I can find anywhere is either Winfast, Phoenix or AMD. Does this help? Let me know if more info is needed. Please help me this is driving me crazy!
Also, if it helps any, in the Bios is says "SIS AC97 AUDIO"
