Problem with my LogiTech M305 Wireless Mouse

Specs: Windows XP
where do i find the driver name for logitech m305 wireless mouse? I plug it into my Sylvania Netbook, and a box pops up that sais "please enter the name of the driver for this USB device." and there's a text space that sais "Driver name" it used to work, but it doesnt now, i never had to type anything in when i first got the mouse...
what do i do? i have no idea what the driver name is...help please!! thank you!!

You shouldn't need to know the driver name. Just install the driver that was supplied on the CD with the mouse. Better still, download & install the latest driver for it from the Logitech support website.

Go here and click your exact mouse model as there are three different ones in the M305 range: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/suppo...

After clicking your model a new page will load.
Click on the first link in the centre, "Downloading the latest software for my M305"
