It will be on the driver disc that came with your computer/motherboard.

ATI 9800 Pro AGP 8x
2 x 1gb Corsair DDR400
2 x 250gb HDD
Windoze XP SP3

Have you tried undertaking Updating Driver via Microsoft Update ?

Also Windows XP is not full specifications............................
