My graphic drivers are screwed

Specs: Windows XP
Hi there I was recently having FPS issues on the game World of Warcraft and I went on a few sites and read that updating your graphics drivers could improve it so I went on the ATI website and read the instructions and made sure everything that said was up to date I downloaded and attempted to install the new driver about 20% into the install process it told me that the command line was not found or something so I clicked don't send and the installation continued then immediately I was told my INF file was not found so the installation was canceled and now when I try to start up WoW Im told that there was no display driver found so it pretty much wrecked it by trying to update it.. it says the same thing for my other game Fallout 3.. I made the mistake after that of going into my remove programs in control panel and removing all the ATI stuff so I could try and install it all again.. I think this just made things worse. I tried installing it again and i got the same message no INF file.. And I tried reinstalling the drivers but it asked for the CD that came with the card and I unfortunately don't have it anymore.. Please I need help with this Im not too good with this stuff.

Download "driver sweeper". . . I think you can get it from download.com or guru3D.com

Run it in safe mode and it will delete every driver on your system. After that download the new driver that you want. If you still have problems --> repeat the process and install the old driver that was working for you.
