If you need us to take info from some existing post you will need to give us a link to it. Otherwise tell us exactly what your own issue is and what you did to cause it.

We don't recommend driver finding software. It is best to go to the hardware manufacturers or even Microsoft. You could try updating it from Device Manager. Also try Restarting the computer via the start button (not shut down and then start up again which does less). Otherwise we await your input with full info.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

You generally don't need special drivers for keyboard & mouse. And you should have NEVER installed DriverMax. Uninstall it immediately & then scan for spyware/malware/viruses. Start with AdwCleaner.

Thanks - Finally got Windows 10 to start in SAFE Mode, Option 7 (very hard to find) and went to Dell and downloaded the BIOS where the drivers are hidden for Keyboard and Mouse. I deleted the existing driver, unplugged the mouse and reinstalled. I then did the same thing with the Keyboard and it worked.

Of course I uninstalled DriverMax as well

Fixed - Finally - Thanks everyone for the postinging
