I'm not very good with technical stuff so i don't know much. I just bought a ASUS Radeon R7 250X 2GD5 and installed it but when ever i put the vga cable in it docent see it. If I use the motherboard slot it works. I'm sorry if I don't know a lot of stuff but ill try my best to answer all your answers. I'll have to go soon but ill be back tomorrow to reply to any answers. I'm in SEAs time zone.

✔ Best Answer
It has nothing to do with drivers.

- is your power supply capable of handling the load of the new card?
- did you connect the 6-pin PCIE plug to the rear of the card?
- is the card fully seated in it's slot?
- did you enter the BIOS & change the graphics configuration?

Please post the make/model of your motherboard & make/model/wattage of your power supply.

If you have an OEM computer (Acer, Dell, HP, etc), post the model & model number. Then we can dig up the specs for the board & power supply. What about the rest of my questions? Did you connect the 6-pin plug to the card? It won't work without it.
