Missing PCI Device driver

Specs: Windows XP, 3.33ghz/1.35gb
I've been having trouble with my sound and video disappearing on me. Went through quite a bit to update my system, and managed to get my video working again (though it's really slow). I still seem to be missing a PCI Device driver in my Device Manager, and I can't seem figure out what driver I need for it.

PCI Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_437B&SUBSYS_6047107B&REV_01\3&B1BFB68&0&A2

I thought it might be the drivers for my chipset, so I downloaded updated versions. Still, that didn't seem to do the trick though.

Any clue where I can look to fix this one?

Update: I managed to find the name of the PCI device on my own. It's ATI SB450 - High Definition Audio Controller. ATI doesn't have anything on their site for this though, so I downloaded a RealTek HD driver for it. Previous to this, I'd been using a RealTek AC'97 with some success. But for whatever reason neither that, or the HD driver are working for me.

So, identified the PCI device but have still been unable to associate a driver with it. Still no sound.
