Can’t vouch for this source, but it may be worth a try.

https://www.winsite.com/retail/reta...

When you download the content, fully scan your computer afterwards, and include the download.

When you run/install the drivers carefully monitor the process and watch for any, all precise ked boxes, and uncheck any for anything other than the driver(s). You’ll be watching to prevent unwanted inclusions (junk, browser changes etc.) which frequently are bundled in many software downloads.

You might also download/install (first) unchecky which is a free utility to monitor installations and uncheck (as above) unwanted items. But also monitor the driver installation even with unchecky invoked.

Also make a restore point before installing the drivers - just in-case...

That webcam is really old. Did you try plugging it in to see if Win10 automatically installs drivers?

Might well work as per riider's suggestion. I haven't found that I needed drivers for webcams I used in the pas, using XP and/Mac OS X.

In the device manager it says: USB Video Device, with an exclamation mark.

From what I could find, this webcam was designed for Win98 thru Vista, so even if you can find the drivers, they probably won't be Win10 compatible.
https://evertek.com/Product/RP-CAPU...

I found this in the product description on another site:

"RetailPlus Hi-Resolution Notebook Webcam (640 x 480). Small clip-on design to save space. 360 degree rotation design to avoid blind spot. The webcam requires no driver installations to run on windows XP or later. Simply plug in the camera and start video chatting! You don’t need to worry about downloading or bringing your drivers along!"

EDIT: I did some more digging & came up with the following. Try the 4th one down on the list. Click Free Download, then Download Now, prove you're Not a Robot, then the download will begin.
https://members.driverguide.com/ind...

I downloaded it & had a look at the INF file. The camera appears to be based on the Vimicro 0303 chip so this link may also be of help: http://www.vimicro.com/english/prod...

Good luck!

I tried to install the drivers through Drivers Guide and I got a screen says: Windows encountered a problem installing the drivers for your device.
The device cannot start (code 10)

And after trying the drivers on vimicro.com, windows encountered an error while attempting to install.

And it says: The third-party INF does not contain digital signature information.

It could see the camera as: VIMICRO USB PC Camera (VC0303).

Any advice going around the digital signature?

Thanks

Either invest in a new webcam or install a supported OS such as XP in a virtual machine so that you can use the webcam you have.
