With no more information than it being an ISA card, there's no way we can help with a driver---there were thousands (if not millions) of different ISA cards made. We need to at least know what kind of card it is and if possible the manufacturer of the card (or some information off of the chips on the board)
I suspect that you are going to have little joy getting a card this old to work on a Windows 7 system. I would suggest that you contact the manufacturer of the card to ask if any drivers are available.
