I purchased a usb turntable and found out it

Specs: Windows 7, 4 gig
I own a Sony Turntable, PS-LX300USB is the model. I am trying to use it on a 64 bit HP laptop computer. The operating instructions state that it only works on a 32 bit system. Is there any software available to make the turntable compatible with my computer?

... If it was me I'd just hook-up the audio-out from the turntable (or record player) to audio-in laptop socket.

... and use software to record/mess with the sound.

... may have to unhook the mains adapter whilst recording to halt interference.

... optical mouse may also interfere.

... I know "this does'nt really answer your question"
