What happens on YouTube - nothing at all when you click on the video?

Are you using Internet Explorer? If so is it the same from the desktop version?

As far as I know YouTube now uses HTML5. Just the same you might as well check your flash version using the same browser as you tried on YouTube:

On Windows 8 Flash updates are part of Windows Update.

Does this HTML5 test video play?

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Derek, I checked to make sure i have the latest version of Flash Player and I do. I also tried the video test and also was able to view it with no problem. When I go to you tube and select the video I want to see it sets up just like it is going to load and play the video, but instead of starting it goes fuzzy and says there was an error loading, Click here to learn more....I have clicked that and nothing ever appears. It just keeps that fuzzy screen. i use I.E, and Google for my browsers. They both have the same response.
Thank You For ANY Help that you have given and i look forward to more of your knowledge,

You have to update Flash from each browser. Open up Google Chrome and from there use the first link in #1. Also see what happens if you run my second link from Chrome.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
