Solved I down-loaded Google Chrome. Want to unstall it.

Specs: Windows 7
I downloaded their driver up-date. It has slowed down performance a lot. Since I down loaded their updated drivers will it cause problems to my other programs if I uninstall Google Chrome?

I don't know which drivers you are referring to but Google Chrome itself is just a web-browser and doesn't have any drivers. You may have used Google Chrome to find and download drivers, but the drivers themselves have nothing to do with Google or Google Chrome.

To un-install Google Chrome, go to:
Control Panel > Programs & Features.

Un-installing Google Chrome will not affect your drivers.

Thanks. I knew where to uninstall Google Chrome but was concerned about the drivers. With your encouragement that it wouldn't affect them, it is gone. Now I hope everything works correctly. I appreciate your answer.
