Solved i can't locate a device driver

Specs: Windows XP, P4 2.8 512mb PC3200
creative pc-dvd Dxr2 device driver for xp
i have installed the device but no matter where i go i'm not coming up with the driver to get it working.
do you have a link to the correct driver for my device?

YES. do try to download drivers from the official site first. if it doesn't work, then seek for secondary solutions, like third-party software. i always do this, though i had everything installed in my computer. you can try driver update apps to help you solve this case.

creative labs was the first place i looked
what i needed wasn't there
i got a program for use with the device but no driver for the device
i went to Cnet next
same thing
i just need the device driver

from the sticker on the back of the card:
trade name: creative labs model number CT7220
serial no. T7220840033125

from the front of the card:
creative PC-DVD model: CT7220

the machine i was working on sold last friday without the card installed
maybe some day i'll be able to put it to use in a different rig
