HP G62 112ee laptop reboot aftr installing xp

Specs: Windows XP, i3 processor
Recently I bought a laptop model HP G62 112ee. It has no OS in it. I installed Windows 7 os in my laptop and I got all the necessay drivers and it worked perfectly. Chipset is Mobile Intel(R) 5 Series. (The chipset component is Intel(R) HM55 SATA Controller). These chipset details I got it by autodetect my chipset software from intel website. After that I want to install XP OS in it. So, I formatted everything (Including windows 7 OS partition) using partition manager. I got chipset drivers for 32bit XP OS and I used nlite for slipstreaming. No sata disable option in my BIOS setup.
The problem is after installation of XP it reboots repeatedly, when I tried to start in safe mode after mup.sys it restarts automatically. Please help me to fix this issue.

I got the solution for this. I just changed my XP OS SP3 and made the slipstreaming with nlite with the chipset driver. It works perfect...
